What happens if I miss my class session?
Participants must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled class session. Sessions missed without proper notice may result in forfeiture of that scheduled hour.
Are refunds available after purchasing a class or program?
Due to scheduling and enrollment limitations, refunds are generally not provided after purchase. Refund requests may only be considered if a court, probation office, employer, or referring agency formally denies acceptance of the program and written proof of denial is provided.
What are the requirements during live online classes?
Participants must attend class from a quiet and stationary location with their camera turned on for the duration of the session. Participants may not attend class while driving, riding in a vehicle, walking around, or participating in other activities. Other individuals should not be present in the room during class sessions unless previously approved.
Can I attend class while using drugs or alcohol?
No. Participants must attend all sessions sober and may not participate while under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any impairing substances. Participants who appear impaired may be removed from the session and may not receive credit for attendance.
