MENTAL HEALTH EVALUATIONS

Mental Health Evaluations provide a professional overview of an individual’s emotional, behavioral, and psychological functioning for court, legal, personal, treatment, probation, or referral-related purposes.

Evaluations may include clinical interviewing, psychosocial history, behavioral health screening, review of relevant records, and recommendations for treatment, education, or support services when appropriate. Written reports and supporting documentation may be provided based on the needs of the referral source or individual case.
